1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button within a few seconds.

3. Next you need to release the kept buttons when the Android logo appears.

4. Press the Home button to open Recovery Mode.

5. Select wipe data / factory reset Moving through the menu using the Volume down button and press Volume Up(+) key to confirm.

6. Confirm the operation, select from the Yes - Delete all user data from the menu and press Volume Up(+) key to confirm.

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and press Volume Up(+) to confirm.
