1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER button together for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when the Android robot logo appears.

4. Press Volume Down(-) button to open Recovery mode.

5. Go to wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to move around the menu and press the POWER button.

6. Navigate to Yes - Delete All user Data and press the POWER button.

7. Go to Reboot System Now and press the POWER button.
