1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. At the same time, press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key> for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when the Android robot logo appears on the screen.

4. Press the home button to go further.

5. Go to wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go and press the MENU key to confirm.
