1. To start the hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Connect the Micro USB cable to your laptop or charger.

3. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

4. While holding these buttons, connect this cable to your phone.

5. Release all buttons when you see the CAT logo on the phone screen.

6. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to highlight the wipe data / factory reset item and confirm with the POWER button.

7. Approve the operation, select Yes. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm your selection.

8. To complete the operation, reboot the phone, select "reboot system now" and confirm with the POWER button.
