1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. Next, release the retained buttons when you see Boot mode.

4. Go to Recovery Use the Volume Up(+) button and click the Volume Down button to confirm the selection.

5. To open Recovery mode, press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button again.

6. Select wipe data / factory reset Using the Volume Down(-) button for scrolling, and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

7. Confirm the reset operation, select Yes and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

8. Overload your phone, select reboot system now and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.
