1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button within a few seconds.

3. Now, you need to release the buttons held when you see the Android icon.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Confirm the reset operation, select Yes using the same keys as before and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

6. To complete the operation overload the phone, select "Reboot System Now", using the same keys as before and confirm the selection by the POWER button.
