1. To start, turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. You need to simultaneously press the POWER and Volume buttons and hold within a few seconds.

3. You need to release the POWER button when the BenQ logo appears on the screen.

4. Release the Volume Down(-) button when Recovery mode appears on the screen.
