1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Next, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER button together for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when recovery mode appears .

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset, and press the POWER button once.
