1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button at the same time with the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. When you see Recovery mode, release all the buttons.

4. To select wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and click the POWER button to confirm the selection.

5. Confirm the operation, select Yes using the volume up / down keys to go through the menu items, and press the POWER button once.

6. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm using the POWER button.
