1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the POWER and Volume UP button together for a few seconds.

3. When the Blu logo appears, release all the buttons.

4. When the Android robot logo appears, press the POWER and Volume UP buttons for a couple of seconds.

5. Go to wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.

6. Go to Yes and confirm using the POWER button.

7. Go to reboot system now and confirm using the POWER button.
