1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Next, you need to simultaneously press the Volume UP and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. When the Blu Logo appears on the device screen, release both buttons.

4. Select wipe data / factory reset Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
