1. Switch off your phone in any convenient way.

2. Next, you need to press and hold the Volume Up(+) button together with the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release both buttons when the ANEE logo appears on the screen.

4. Select the wipe data / factory reset option from the menu, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate the menu and press the POWER button to confirmation.

5. Select "yes" and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" and press the POWER button to confirm.
