1. Switch off your phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) button together with the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release both buttons when the ANEE logo appears on the screen.

4. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset option, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate the menu and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Select "yes" and press the POWER button to confirm.
