1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Next, you need to release the held buttons when you see the AMIGOO logo in front of you.

4. To enter Recovery Mode, briefly hold down the POWER button.
