1. The phone must be switched off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys as soon as the AMIGOO logo appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Select Yes from the menu and confirm with POWER.

6. Then select the "reboot system now" item using the POWER button.
