1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. When the Android logo appears, release all the buttons.

4. Press POWER button to enter Recovery mode.

5. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-), select wipe data / factory reset and confirm the selection by the POWER button.
