1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.
2. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button simultaneously for a few seconds.
3. Release all keys after the appearance of Boot Mode.
4. Select Recovery. Use Volume Up(+) To go through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm.
5. When Android Robot appears, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER and button again.
6. Select in the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and once press the POWER button.
7. Select in the Yes - Delete all user data and press the POWER button once.
