1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) key for a few seconds and the POWER button.

3. Release all buttons when you see boot mode.

4. Select from the Row menu Recovery using Volume Up(+) To go through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm.

5. If you see an image of an Android robot, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button again.

6. Highlight the option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm choice.

7. Select Yes - Delete All User Data and confirm the selection using the POWER button.

8. Select reboot system now and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
