1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Next, press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all the keys.

4. Select Recovery. Use Volume Up(+) To go through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm.

5. When the Android Robot image appears again, press the POWER and Volume UP button.

6. Highlight in the menu item wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Select Yes - Delete all user data, using the same keys as before and confirm with the POWER button.

8. At the end, you need to overload the phone, select "Reboot System Now", using the same keys as before and confirm the selection by the POWER button.
