1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. For a few seconds, press and hold the Volume Up(+) button together with the POWER button.

3. Release all keys when boot mode appears on the screen.

4. Select from the menu item Recovery Use the Volume Up(+) button to go through the menu items and confirm the selection using the Volume down button.

5. When Android Robot appears, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button again.

6. Select from the wipe data / factory reset option using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button, To confirm the selection.

7. Select Yes - Delete All user Data and click the POWER button to confirm the selection.

8. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and click the POWER button to confirm the selection.
