1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Click on the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER key to enter BOOT MODE.

3. Release all buttons when you see boot mode.

4. To select Recovery Use the Volume Up(+) key, and press the Volume down button once.

5. After the Android robot image appears on the screen, press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button.

6. Ship the item in the menu wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm by pressing the POWER button.

8. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm by pressing the POWER button.
