1. The phone must be switched off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.
3. Release all keys when the ALLCALL logo appears.
4. When the Android Robot image appears, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons.
