1. Switch off your phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release both keys as soon as the ALLCALL logo appears.

4. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset option using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Now, confirm the operation, select Yes from the menu and confirm it with the POWER button.

6. Select "reboot system now" and confirm using the POWER button.
