1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. Release the keeled buttons when the Alcatel logo appears.

4. Highlight the option wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume Down(-) button to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm.
