1. Phone need to turn off.

2. At the same time, press Volume Up(+) and POWER> for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when the ASUS logo appears.

4. Select in the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.
