1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Now, you need to click at the same time and hold the Volume down and POWER and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When the Android logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. When Recovery Mode appears, release the Volume down button.

5. Select from the wipe data / factory reset from the menu. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. Confirm the reset operation, select Yes. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. To complete the operation overload the phone, select "Reboot System Now. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.
