1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. At the same time, press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. Release both keys when the ASUS Zenfone logo appears on the screen.

4. Select Recovery Use the Volume Down(-) button and press the POWER button to confirm.
