1. Switch off the phone with the POWER button.
2. Press the Volume Down(-) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.
3. When the ARK logo appears, release the POWER button.
4. Release the Volume Down(-) button if the Android Robot image appears.
5. Press the Volume Up(+) button to open the Recovery Mode.
6. Now use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button once.
7. Confirm the reset operation, select Yes and press the POWER button once.
8. When Recovery Mode appears again, select "reboot system now" using the POWER button.
