1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.
2. Press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button for a few seconds.
3. Release all keys when Archos logo appears.
4. Ship the item in the menu "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.
