1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the POWER and Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

3. When Archos logo appears, release all the keys.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm the selection by clicking the POWER button.

6. Select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
