1. To start, turn off your phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. You need to release the held buttons when you see Boot Mode in front of you.

4. Select the Recovery line from the menu using the Volume Up(+) button and press the Volume Down(-) button to confirm the selection.

5. To open Recovery Mode, briefly press the POWER button and press the Volume Up(+) button.

6. Use the Volume Down(-) button to highlight wipe data / factory reset and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

7. Use the Volume Down(-) button to highlight Yes in the menu and confirm with the Volume Up(+) button.

8. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" and confirm your selection with the Volume Up(+) button.
