1. To start, turn off your phone with the POWER button.

2. Then press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. You should release the held buttons when you see Boot Mode in front of you.

4. Navigation through Recovery is done with the Volume Up(+) button, to confirm the selection, press the Volume Down(-) button.

5. To open Recovery Mode, briefly press and hold the POWER button.

6. While holding down the POWER button, press the Volume Up(+) button once.

7. Then use the Volume Down(-) button to select wipe data / factory reset and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

8. Now, confirm the operation, select Yes from the menu and confirm it with the Volume Up(+) button.

9. Select the "reboot system now" item and press the Volume Up(+) button.




Hard Reset - advantages and disadvantages AGM A2?
