1. The phone must be switched off.

2. Now, press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all keys.

4. Select Recovery from the menu using the Volume Up(+) key to navigate through the menu and Volume Down(-) to confirm your selection.

5. After the Android robot appears on the screen, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER keys again.

6. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset menu item. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm your selection.

7. Next, confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm your selection with the POWER button.

8. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" and confirm with the POWER button.
