1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.

2. Now, you need to simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all held buttons.

4. Select the Recovery line using Volume Up(+) to navigate through the menu and Volume Down(-) to confirm the selection.

5. When the Android Robot image appears, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons again.

6. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Confirm the reset operation, select Yes from the menu and confirm the selection by pressing the POWER button.

8. To complete the operation, reboot the phone, select "reboot system now" from the menu and confirm the selection by pressing the POWER button.
