1. To start the hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. After that, simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all keys.

4. Select Recovery. Use the Volume Up(+) key to navigate through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm.

5. After the Android robot appears on the screen, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button again.

6. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button.

7. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select the Yes option from the menu and confirm the selection with the POWER button.

8. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons select the option "reboot system now" and confirm the selection with the POWER button.
