1. The phone must be switched off.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. When the 10.OR logo appears, release all buttons.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and confirm with the POWER button.
