1. Switch off your phone in any convenient way.

2. Then hold down the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons together for a few seconds.

3. When the 10.OR logo appears, release all buttons.

4. Select the wipe data / factory reset option from the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate and the POWER button to confirm choice.

5. Select Yes from the menu and press the POWER button.

6. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" and press the POWER button.
