Roar.wave@yahoo.com I have a Kyocera c6730 locked to boost mobile I no longer use boost mobile now use the TextNow app from Sprint but can not connect to cell towers to use my cellular service I am paying for. I found out I need to unlock my phone from boost that boost will do it, they are not much help at all, after over 8 hours of conversations with Sprint & Boost they don’t know what to do or how to unlock my phone, also I did a factory reset to clear all data to make sure my new service with TextNow would work correctly so this phone is not activated but I can only connect by WiFi service no cellular connections. Boost told me I qualified to be unlocked & finally gave me a MSL code, told me I have to give that to the carrier which is Sprint & I can not use it to unlock but they can, Lol. Seems all divisions of Sprint have no idea how to unlock my phone from Sprint to use on Sprint networks, they tell me I can’t unlock then I can but don’t tell me what procedure just gave me the MSL code 674992. The IEME # to my phone is 990004215754502, Please Help

email: jimdays2788@yahoo.com I have kyocera6730 that I got used. I went to Verizon, Sprint and Boost to see if I could get service and they all said I couldn't get service on their network. There is sprint sim in the phone. The phone has Freedompop sticker on the back of the phone. I went to Freedompop website and chose "byod" and found video that said to enter ##786# I did that and the phone gives 2 options, view and reset. If I choose reset, it says to enter 6 digit msl code (which the freedompop website says will give me after I pay with credit card). I don't want to give credit card now. Do you think if I give credit card, get and enter msl code, the phone will work? Also, I heard that freedompop locked this phone to their service. If so, how can I unlock it to work on other carriers?
