How to Soft reset Apple iPhone 5s

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for approximately 10 seconds.

2. When the Apple logo comes on the screen, you can release the buttons.

3. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears then release. The iPhone will start again.
