How to Hard reset Asus ZenFone 5

All data on your device will be deleted after resetting.
Before resetting, make sure that the battery level is at least 15%, or plug the phone into a power outlet during the reset process.
When the reset starts, it may take 4-8 minutes to display the reset menu.

1. Turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons.

3. When the Asus logo appears, release the buttons.

4. Use the Volume Up and Volume down buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and confirm with the Power button

5. The smartphone will reset and reboot
