MSI's product catalog now features an unusual mini-PC, the Slim Fanless Box PC. It is equipped with powerful hardware ?packed? into a slim, fanless chassis that acts as a passive heat sink. In addition, the new model offers a decent set of ports for its size. The MSI Slim Fanless Box PC (MS-C936) is built around a 10-core Intel Core 5 120U processor. Up to 96 GB of DDR5-5200 RAM Inside, there is enough space for a 2.5-inch drive bay and an M.2 slot with a PCIe Gen 4 x4 interface for a second SSD. In addition, the motherboard features a pair of M.2 (PCIe x1) connectors for peripherals. The following interfaces are located on the chassis: 2 x Ethernet 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (DisplayPort Alt) 6 x USB 2.0 Type-A 2 x COM ports 2 x HDMI 2.0 This mini-PC, designed for the enterprise sector, can run both Windows 10/11 and Linux.
