Chinese company MAXSUN has released an unusual modification of the Intel Arc Pro B60 graphics card for workstations. The new product with the Dual prefix combines two GPUs and 48 GB of video memory on a single board, while being ?packed? into a slim case that occupies only one expansion slot. The MAXSUN Intel Arc Pro Dual B60 48G Liquid Edition is based on two Battlemage BGM-G21 graphics processors. The new product has 48 GB of video memory. A water block is used instead of a traditional heat sink to effectively remove heat from the slim case. According to the specifications, the PCIe 5.0 x16 lanes are distributed between the two GPUs, so four graphics cards can be installed on a single motherboard with a W790 chipset, boosting the total VRAM of the workstation to 192 GB. Such a configuration will be useful for tasks related to AI computing and rendering. In addition, the brand has unveiled a dual-slot version of the new product called the Turbo Fan Edition, which is equipped with a classic air cooling system. The launch date and prices of the new products have not yet been announced. |
