HP has launched the 16-inch EliteBook 8 G2a internationally. The model is available in several configurations featuring the new AMD Ryzen AI 400 processors, which focus on local AI processing. The top-end model is powered by the Ryzen AI 7 PRO 450 with an NPU and support for enterprise data security standards. It offers up to 64 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM  Random Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor. and 1 TB of PCIe Gen5 NVMe storage. An eight-cell, 77 Wh battery is also available. Depending on the model, the device weighs in at 1.74 kg.The 16-inch display with a 1920x1200 resolution and anti-glare coating supports peak brightness of up to 400 nits and a blue light reduction feature. It also boasts 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. Connectivity includes HDMI 2.1, USB-A (up to 5 Gbps), USB-C With the continued success of the USB interface, there exists a need to adapt USB technology to serve newer computing platforms and devices as they trend toward smaller, thinner and lighter form-factors. Many of these newer platforms and devices are reaching a point where existing USB receptacles and plugs are inhibiting innovation, especially given the relatively large size and internal volume constraints of the Standard-A and Standard-B versions of USB connectors.. (up to 10 Gbps), and Thunderbolt 4.The laptop's price on the international market starts from $1,799 in the minimum configuration. |
