Vision Research has announced an unusual professional camera called Phantom T2110. The novelty is capable of high-speed shooting, ?accelerating? to almost half a million frames per second. Such characteristics can be useful for both filmmakers and researchers in various scientific fields.

Canon has added a full-frame CMOS sensor with a record resolution of 410MP for 35mm sensors to its product catalog. It is, according to the company, suitable for shooting photos and recording video - but expect its appearance in consumer digital cameras in the near future is not worth it.
