The U27G4F model has been added to the AOC product catalog. This is a 27-inch model capable of changing the combination of resolution and refresh rate for different work scenarios. At the same time, the new product is relatively affordable for its class.
The monitor features a Fast IPS In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..panel with 4K @ 190 Hz and 1080p @ 380 Hz modes. The response time is 1 ms (GtG), peak brightness is 450 cd/m², color gamut is 99% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 (ΔE < 2).
The new model's set of gaming features includes a dynamic on-screen crosshair with zoom, an fps counter, and a dynamic brightness optimization function, as well as Dark Boost technology to improve clarity in dark areas of the screen. There are also vision protection tools: a blue light filter and a flicker suppression function.
The monitor's set of interfaces includes a 3.5 mm audio output, as well as two HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 connectors with support for 4K @ 120 Hz output with HDR HDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). and VRR technology for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles.
The stand allows you to adjust the tilt from -5? to 23?, rotate the monitor ?30?, swivel it ?90?, and adjust the height (up to 130 mm). The price of the AOC U27G4F on the Chinese market is $252.
