The AOC 27B35XE gaming monitor has been added to the company's product range. The new model is equipped with an IPSIn Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..panel with narrow bezels, supports gaming features and eye protection technologies, and is priced similarly to entry-level office models.

The monitor is based on a 27-inch matrix with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a peak brightness of 300 cd/m², and a response time of 0.5 ms (MPRT). HDRHDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). support is also claimed, and the panel's static contrast ratio is 1500:1.

Clear Vision technology is responsible for image enhancement, MBR SYNC reduces blurring of moving objects, and Adaptive Sync helps avoid visual artifacts such as image tearing. The set of gaming features also includes a built-in crosshair and Dynamic Color Boost mode. There is also a built-in blue light filter to protect the user's eyesight.

HDMI and D-Sub (VGA) ports are provided for connection to a PC. The monitor comes with a tilt-adjustable stand and can be mounted on a 100x100 mm VESA bracket. The price of the AOC 27B35XE on the Chinese market is $86.
