AMD Unveils the 144-GB Instinct MI350P Graphics Card |

The AMD graphics card family has been expanded with the professional-grade Instinct MI350P model. Its standout feature is its impressive amount of high-speed video memory?though, it's not designed for gaming. The AMD Instinct MI350P PCIe is built on a 3nm CDNA4 graphics chip with a clock speed of 2200 MHz and is equipped with 8192 stream multiprocessors, 128 compute units, and 512 matrix cores. The claimed performance is up to 2,299 TFLOPS (up to 4,600 TFLOPS at the MXFP4 level). The graphics card with a PCIe 5.0 x16 interface features 144 GB of HBM3E memory (up to 4 TB/s) on a 4096-bit bus, as well as 128 MB of LLC cache. The maximum TDP is 600 W. In a server rack, the graphics card occupies two expansion slots with a body length of 267 mm. The new product is already available in the enterprise market as an alternative to the NVIDIA H200 NVL.
