AMD has published a new official teaser dedicated to the FSR Redstone technology package. This time, the models of graphics cards that will support the new features have been revealed: not all owners of ?red? GPUs will be able to take advantage of the latest features. According to the company, FSR Redstone will be available exclusively for graphics cards based on the RDNA 4 architecture. In other words, on December 10 (the day of the project's release), only owners of Radeon 9000 series cards will be able to evaluate the new features. At the same time, it became known that developers will be able to implement individual Redstone modules into their own projects at their discretion. Judging by the teaser, all technologies will definitely work in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, but in other titles they may only be partially available. FSR Redstone includes four gaming technologies: Neural Radiance Caching (path tracing optimization), ML Frame Generation (AI-based frame generator), ML Super Resolution (AI-based upscaler), and ML Ray Regeneration (reduces ray tracing noise). |
