I purchased a 16G SD card the other day with the hope of transferring a game that was installed on the phone's internal storage to the SD card. In fact, a rep from the cellular service provider (not the manufacturer) assured me if I bought an SD card that would be possible. However, when I did buy a card and had the person at the store try to transfer the game over, he could not do it. Working at a place that specializes in high-tech devices, I assumed that he was much more knowledgeable than me about those things. After I got home, I tried called the cell phone company back to ask about the card. Now they are saying that it is not possible to use an SD card for games. These are my questions. Is the ZTE phone "rooted?" If not, can it be "rooted" with a root toolkit to allow the SD card to be used as a default for storage, rather than internal storage? I looked on Google Play and it said that there is a root toolkit compatible with my device, but I won't install it unless it really does what I want to do. The problem with the phone now is that I have to update the game to get it to play correctly, and I can't do that because the phone does not have enough free space in the internal storage. Reply

Is it true that games can't be transferred to SD card ? Have app called security 360;w/app manager setting. Shows moveable apps: Facebook,few games,etc. But won't move from internal storage. SD is set as primary storage. And SD was in a ZTE 860,& photos are stored. Any help appreciated Reply
